Alan Kelly – Head of Operations
Alan is a Chartered MCIPD people and business operations professional. He has over 20 years experience of strategically leading a variety of business support operational areas including HR, Recruitment, Resourcing, Facilities, Marketing, IT and Security all within a consultancy environment. Alan has experience of leading and developing teams across the Defence, Government, Space, Energy, Financial Services and Sport sectors. Alan is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and began his early career as a PGA qualified Golf Professional and Instructor. On the weekends Alan can be found training for a marathon or heading out for a long walk with his family, and he never misses a West Ham United game! Let’s connect >
