Sirius are delighted to announce that Stephen Bronny has joined the Sirius team as a Principal Consultant.
Steve is a highly experienced Principal Cost Engineer with over 10 years’ experience in developing and building EAC/cost models within the Construction, Aerospace, and Maritime industries. Most Recently, Steve joins us from Rolls Royce where he worked as a Business Modelling Manager leading a high performing team. His experience includes leading and supporting the delivery of numerous high value £100M+ contracts across several Programmes. Specific responsibilities included development of CDAL’s / BOE’s; normalising data inputs; developing cost models; verifying & validating inputs /outputs; providing engineering expertise; EVM; and implementing efficient processes and controls.
Steve is an expert in building LCC models using his Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering background where required. He is an expert in several modelling techniques (cost up, parametric, analogous etc. to name a few) and he is proficient in risk analysis (Monte Carlo Method, etc.). Along with his technical knowledge and his technical skills, Steve utilises stakeholder management to ensure he delivers outputs with a high confidence level. He has extended knowledge, understanding, and working relationships within UK MOD, DOD, and NATO, working on several current active contracts.
