Sirius Analysis Limited (Sirius) are delighted to announce Katie Bramwell, Sam Andrews, and Colin Kendall have joined the Sirius team. Both Katie and Sam are joining as Senior Consultants, whilst Colin is joining as a Principal Consultant.

Katie is an experienced operational analyst who delivered multiple analysis projects in support of capability development. Katie has a Master of Mathematics with first class honours and is experienced in OA techniques including wargaming, simulation, statistical / data analysis, option analysis and tactical reconstruction. Her strong analytical skills have been applied across Maritime, Air, Land and Information domains for stakeholders up to 4* level. This has included working in support of defence acquisition and establishing and leading a tactical reconstruction (TACREC) team to provide timely and relevant OA outputs to the front line for the Maritime Warfare Centre.

Sam has joined from his most recent role as an Operational Analyst at the Maritime Warfare Centre. Graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a Masters in Logistics & Supply Chain Management; Sam has gathered a vast amount of experience throughout his career. Projects have varied from producing OA solutions for the Navy, to the design and development of AI algorithms for autonomous vehicles.

Colin has joined the Sirius team as a Principal Consultant. Colin is a highly experienced Operational Analyst and Algorithm Developer with a long track record of impactful delivery in support of government and industry programmes. He has knowledge and experience of a wide array of soft and hard OA skills and analytical approaches. Colin has led and delivered multiple projects across the C4ISR, Land battlespace, counter terrorism, and nuclear deterrence domains. Colin has a particular interest in simulation modelling which he has used to design and deliver models for as diverse a purpose as IED detection, satellite communications capacities and vehicle fleet management.
