Sirius are thrilled to announce that Georgina Tyler has joined the team as Head of P3M Capability.
George is a Chartered project professional with over 20 years of experience in leading and delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects and programmes within the Defence and secure government sectors. She has developed and implemented high performing Project Management Offices and transformation projects. George has over 15 years’ experience in leading large complex bids including win theme lead & Price-to-Win strategies. George has a deep understand of current P3M governance principles & tools and how to adapt these to deliver a P3M service to meet the specific needs of projects and clients.
