Lisa Tems – Head of  PMO

Lisa joined us from the Project Management Academy where she delivered P3M consultancy and training across transport, logistics, environmental and sustainable development. With over 20 years experience delivering transformational change programmes, Lisa’s key areas of expertise includes delivering technical programme and project management, business improvement and risk and benefits analysis and realisation supporting integration of renewable energy, sustainable development and carbon reduction projects from concept through to decommissioning.

Lisa has worked with DESNZ, OFGEM and the MOD, providing expertise in sustainable energy procurement programmes, carbon reduction, business change and test and evaluation transformation programmes.

On the weekend (unless Wales are playing rugby) you are likely to find Lisa up a mountain, kayaking, in the woods or out at sea – anything that involves exploring the great outdoors!
