Matt Harrison – Head of Operational Analysis 

Matt has been working as an Operational Researcher / Analyst for over 30 years, including 25 years in the defence sector.

Matt spent 22 years at the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl), a part of the MOD, providing analytical and scientific advice into multiple large ‘Cat A’ projects, supporting capability and research management, and driving collaboration with UK and international partners. This direct experience of working within the MOD has given Matt a good understanding of the realities of decision-making and business cases in MOD, government and more widely, positioning him well to provide pragmatic advice and support to decision-makers at all levels.

Saturdays often involve a morning run in the countryside with his dog before a spot of gardening and enjoying time with his family over a good meal, playing games and solving puzzles.
