Sirius Analysis Limited (Sirius) are delighted to announce Harley Wye, Luke Milner, and Lisa Tems have joined the Sirius team. Harley and Luke join as Consultants, whilst Lisa joins as a Senior Consultant.
Harley is a recent graduate from the University of Portsmouth holding a first-class honours degree in Mathematics, also receiving the Graham Elliot award for her contribution to the mathematics community during her time there. She has experience in operational research, mathematical modelling and stochastic processes and working with different software including Python and Mathematica. In particular, Harley enjoyed learning about cryptography and the techniques used to decipher messages.
Luke is a recent graduate from the University of Portsmouth holding a first-class honours degree in Mathematics with Statistics. He has experience with statistical methodology, operational research techniques, stochastic processes & programming, using various software such as Python and Simul8. Machine learning and its applications is a topic of particular interest for Luke and he is looking forward to applying this for Sirius.
Lisa is a highly experienced APM qualified project management professional with nearly 20 years’ experience working on transformational change and innovation programmes. Her consultancy experience includes leading and supporting the delivery of high value contracts across logistics, transport, facilities & infrastructure management, and environmental development. Specific activities include organizational culture change and operational re-modelling; supporting business case development; cost profiling; infrastructure analysis through whole system thinking approaches; and risk-based planning to support the definition, development and implementation of stakeholder and customer requirements in controlled and regulated environments.
