Sirius are delighted to announce that our team continues to grow with the appointments of Stephen Dow, Jaydy Cowie, Mike Jenner and Amy Lynam.
Stephen Dow is joining Sirius as a Principal Consultant in Systems Engineering. He has 24 years experience in delivering complex engineering projects across Defence (Satellite Comms & Naval Combat Systems), Air Traffic Management and National Security. For the past four years he has worked at Leidos as a Chief Engineer delivering a National Security biometric programme and as lead for the replacement of the UK Air Traffic Management Control and Monitoring System. Before that he spent 19 years at QinetiQ working on Satellite Communication Systems, ship and submarine communications and combat systems. He was the Chief Engineer for the Combat, Communication and Information Systems Group, Technical Assurance Lead for Service Delivery across QineitQ and Facility Design Authority at PTP.
James Francis-Jones joins Sirius Analysis as the Resource Manager (Associates). Former Light Dragoon and RWxY Officer, with 28 yrs commercial experience. Knowledge acquired from working with: National Car Parks (NCP) ‘temporary parking’, startup internet company (from 3 people to Plc), MoD IT contract (HQAGC), manufacturing, and recruitment. The latter placing candidates at all levels, internationally, within a multitude of domains. Recently tasked with and fulfilled, the setting up the ‘Returner’ and the ‘Service Leaver’ programmes for QinetiQ.
Jaydy Cowie has joined Sirius Analysis as an Office Administrator to help support our growing team and number of facilities. She has gained a wide range of experience in administration over many different sectors ranging from finance to telecoms.
Mike Jenner joins Sirius Analysis after 14 years service within the Royal Marines. The last 6 years of service have seen Mike supporting UKSF in Information management and Project management roles. Now Mike is keen to bring his work ethic and passion to Sirius Analysis.
Outside of work, Mike is a Royal Marine Reservist and Captain to the MTB Enduro team within the Royal Navy Cycling Association.
Amy Lynam is thrilled to join Sirius as a HR Advisor after 9 years working in HR in the defence sector and has obtained her Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD Qualifications. Amy has specialised in Generalised Human Resources ranging from Recruitment to Payroll and Benefits to Employee Relations.
Outside of work Amy likes to go on dog walks with her Labrador, binging on Netflix marathons and is currently learning to paint!
